Welcome to the AX Network. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AX Network mobile application, website, and associated digital services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by AX Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services. By registering an account, initiating mobile mining sessions, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any component of the AX Network Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and registered account holders of the Services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement (18+)

The Services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering or using the Services, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from creating an account, participating in mobile mining sessions, or providing any personal information. Accounts discovered to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately terminated.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on the AX Network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (including a valid email address).
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Safeguard your password credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Maintain only one (1) single individual user account per person.

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any third party. AX Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or duplicate credentials.

4. Mobile Mining & Reward Rules

AX Network offers a simulated mobile mining mechanism that allows users to initiate hourly mining sessions directly from their mobile application.

• Session Initiation: Mining sessions must be manually initiated by the user at designated time intervals.
• Calculated Rates: Base mining rates and referral multipliers are calculated according to active network parameters and fixed distribution caps.
• Ecosystem Utility: Unreleased mining balances represent project utility milestones and carry no guaranteed financial value, fixed exchange rate, or profit promise prior to official ecosystem launch.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Fraud Rules

To preserve the integrity and security of the AX Network ecosystem, all users must adhere to fair usage standards. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, emulators, virtual machines, or unauthorized third-party tools to automate or manipulate mining sessions.
• Creating multiple accounts (sybil manipulation) or artificial referral networks to unfairly hoard bonus allocations.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols, tamper with app code, reverse-engineer servers, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Falsifying device identifiers, IP addresses, or network diagnostics.
• Interfering with or disrupting the infrastructure, servers, or networks connected to the Services.

6. Enforcement, Account Suspension & Forfeiture

If AX Network reasonably determines or suspects that an account or device is engaged in fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity, we reserve the right to take immediate enforcement action without prior notice, including:

• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
• Complete cancellation and forfeiture of illegitimately acquired mining balances and referral bonuses.
• Permanent blacklisting of technical identifiers (device IDs, hardware signatures, and IP addresses).
• Reporting severe cyber fraud or system attacks to law enforcement authorities.

7. Referral Program & Team Bonuses

Registered users may invite friends using their unique referral code to receive rate multipliers. Referral bonuses are active only when referred team members maintain active mining sessions. Any attempt to generate fake or automated referrals will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of the Services—including software code, trademarks, logos, graphics, brand design, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of AX Network. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the mobile application strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AX Network does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Services.

AX Network makes no financial promises, return-on-investment guarantees, or exchange rate commitments regarding AX Network (AX). Participation in mobile mining is entirely voluntary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AX Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.

11. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting an account deletion request to our support team at axmines7@gmail.com or through our official Help & Support Page. AX Network also reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access for violations of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

AX Network reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AX Network regarding the Services.

14. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal principles without regard to conflict of law provisions.
